Aaron Criddle serves as Chief Compliance Officer to Paradigm Global Investors through ACA Group. He joined ACA in November 2022 and currently serves as a Principal Consultant within their U.S. Regulatory Practice. In this capacity, he provides independent compliance oversight and regulatory guidance to the firm as part of ACA Group’s outsourced Chief Compliance Officer Program (oCCO). Mr. Criddle has experience advising investment advisers across private equity, private credit, CLP management, and alternative investment strategies, and has supported the launch and ongoing management of BDCs. 

His responsibilities include conducting annual and quarterly compliance reviews, supporting compliance testing, assisting with the development of maintenance of policies and procedures, and overseeing service provider due diligence, preparing compliance records and manuals, and providing ongoing regulatory guidance. Prior to joining ACA Group, Mr. Criddle held dual compliance and client service roles with Ranger Investment Management, LP, a boutique investment adviser specializing in U.S. small-and micro-cap equities, where he supported compliance program development, testing, and regulatory reporting.

Mr. Criddle earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin and holds the Investment Adviser Certified Compliance Professional (IACCP) designation.
